For the benefit of our users (the “User”, “Customers,” “you” or “your”), we are providing this notice (the "Policy") explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the collection and use of the data and information you submit (the “information”, “Personal information”, “Data”, “User Content” or "Personal Data"), or which we collect through our family of websites that link to this Privacy Policy, as well as our other related mobile websites, mobile Provider applications ("mobile apps" or “Provider Applications”), services, browser extensions, tools, and other applications that link to this Privacy Policy (all of these collectively, the "Site"). The Site is operated by Wobo Technology LLC, Wobo Technology LLC is the data controller of your information in the context of the Site.
By visiting the Site, you agree that your information will be handled as described in this Policy. Your use of this Site is subject to this Policy and our Terms of Use. The Provider’s Terms of Use are incorporated by reference into this Policy.

Artificial Intelligence
We use artificial intelligence language learning models (“AI LLMs”) to search for jobs that match the preferences you have set on your profile and, when you choose to use our service, to apply to these jobs on your behalf. As an integral part of our service, we share your personal information – which in some cases may include sensitive personal data. If you do not want us to share your information, please discontinue using the service.
Your Choices
You can control how and when you receive information from us, the categories of data we may share, and you may object to the processing of your information. You can also request the erasure of the data we have collected from you and ask for a copy of that data. See the complete list of your privacy rights below.
Access and Review Options
You can update your information at any time by editing your Profile, updating or deleting content you have posted, or by deleting your account.
Update Notifications
You agree that we can notify you about material changes to this Privacy Policy by posting notices on the Site or by displaying a dashboard notification. When required by law, we may also send you an email notice and collect your consent.

Special Notice: Wobo Technology LLC complies with the CCPA as amended by the CPRA and other applicable U.S. state-level privacy laws. United States residents can exercise their privacy rights as provided under these laws.

Full Privacy Policy
1. Scope
The Service uses AI LLMs to search for job postings that match Users’ preferences, Profile, and job aspirations, and applies to these jobs on the User’s behalf when you use our service. By joining the Service as a Registered User, you will have access to regularly AI-curated job queues with job listings pre-selected based on your criteria. You can decide which opportunities to pursue, modify your selections, and provide feedback on the tools. By signing up for any of our services, you agree and request that the Provider share the information you have added to your Profile with prospective employers.
2. Information We Collect About You
Information we collect depends on how you use our Site.
(a) Registration, Services, and Account Information.
You may browse the Site as a Visitor without creating an account. In such cases, we may collect information about your device, geolocation, behavior, target job preferences, IP address, areas of interest, and reasons for using our services. If you provide social media details, we may retrieve publicly available information from those platforms. We also collect data about your visit duration, pages viewed, and technical details such as browser type and operating system.
When you become a Registered User, create a Profile, upload your resume, or purchase services, we collect additional information such as your username, valid email address, full name, mailing address, phone number, job title, salary preferences, and other career-related details.
To sign up for our services, you must provide payment information (e.g., credit or debit card details, name, and billing address). Provider does not store your credit card information and uses an external service to process transactions. This information is linked to your account once you sign in as a Registered User.
We may also collect other Data you voluntarily provide, including sensitive information (e.g., nationality, employment visa status, or prior criminal records) and any other details you enter on the Site (e.g., employment status and education) (“User Content”).
(b) Information to Respond to Your Requests.
You may provide us with contact details (such as your email address) so we can respond to your inquiries and send you newsletters and other communications. Details on opting out of such communications are provided in Section 6(c).
(c) Third-Party Log-In.
When you use third-party log-in credentials to access the Site, we may collect basic information such as your name, username, and email address.
(d) User Interaction Information.
We may also collect data based on your interactions with our Site (e.g., content viewed, advertisement interactions, etc.). To the extent allowed by law, you agree that we may share this interaction information with analytics providers, advertising partners, and social media sites until you withdraw your consent. Such sharing may include monetary compensation in some cases.

(e) Information from Other Sources.
Where permitted by law, we may combine the information we collect with publicly available data.
(f) Mobile Information.
If you access the Site through a mobile device, we may collect additional details such as your unique device identifier, operating system, mobile carrier, and geolocation data.
(g) Inputs and Outputs.
Our AI Tools allow you, as a Registered User, to upload text, files, documents, photos, images, and other materials (and associated metadata). You will voluntarily provide personal information to complete job applications (“Inputs”). These Inputs are used to generate responses, content, and recommendations (“Outputs”). If your Inputs include personal data, we will collect and process that information as part of the resulting Outputs.
3. Uses, Retention, and Storage
We process your information for the following purposes and based on legal grounds:
(a) To Operate our Site and Provide Services.
We use the collected information to:
- Respond to your inquiries;
- Complete job applications on your behalf (as you have consented) on third-party sites;
- Provide customer support (e.g., fulfill orders, resolve disputes related to your Profile or the Site, administer promotions, or provide information to third parties at your request such as employers matched to your Profile);
- Personalize your experience by delivering content and targeted advertising;
- Improve the Site and our Services;
- Ensure a safe, efficient, and customized experience;
- Store your Profile and job application history; and
- Share your information with third parties that help us deliver career-enhancing tools and additional services.
Because of the nature of job applications, your personal data will be shared with Potential Employers. You are informed of this, and it is clear in the context of your application. Please note that we are not responsible for how Potential Employers handle your data; they act as independent data controllers.
(b) To Analyze and Aggregate Non-Personal Data.
We use aggregated, non-Personal Data to analyze user behavior and compile reports.
(c) To Prevent Fraud and Comply with the Law.
We use information from the Site to prevent, detect, and investigate fraud, security breaches, and illegal activities, and to establish or defend legal claims. We also respond to government or law enforcement requests and complaints as required by law.
(d) For Marketing and Communications.
We may use your information to contact you, maintain your account, honor your communication preferences, and provide you with services as described when collecting your information. This may include sharing your data with third parties such as employers, recruiters, or other career service providers.
(e) For Mobile Data.
When you access the Site via a mobile device, we may use the collected information to provide location-based services (e.g., advertising, search results, and personalized content). We retain this information as long as necessary to meet the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with legal obligations.
(f) To Train our AI Tools.
We use de-identified and/or aggregated information about our users and your non-Personal Data to train and improve our AI Tools, thereby providing more accurate and relevant Outputs.
4. Disclosure
We may share your information with:
(a) The Provider’s Corporate Family.
We may disclose your information to our affiliates and subsidiaries. Their use and disclosure will be subject to this Policy.
(b) Service Providers.
We may share your information with contracted service providers who assist with our business operations (e.g., fraud investigations, bill collection, payment processing, site analytics). For a full list of processors and subprocessors, please contact us at support@wobo.ai.
(c) Third-Party Websites.
If you sign up for our AI-enhanced job application services, based on your preferences, we may share your information with third parties identified as Potential Employers or parties acting on their behalf. This job matching is based on your Profile preferences, which you can modify at any time.
Your information may be shared with employers, recruiters, job posting websites, and other career service providers. You may opt-out of such sharing by adjusting your account settings or contacting Customer Service. Note that sharing your information with third-party employers is essential to provide our Service.
(d) Legal and Law Enforcement.
We may disclose your information if required to comply with legal obligations, judicial proceedings, or a court order (e.g., in response to a subpoena).
(e) Change of Control.
If we undergo bankruptcy, merge, or are acquired, we may share your information with the new entity. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the new provider adheres to this Privacy Policy.
(f) Ad Networks.
We work with third-party ad networks to deliver advertisements, measure ad performance, and assist with marketing efforts. These third parties may set their own tracking technologies.
(g) Analytics Providers.
We may share data collected on the Site with analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) to assess site usage and improve our services.
(h) To Protect Us and Others.
We may share your information if we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, fraud, threats to safety, or violations of our Terms of Use or this Policy, or as evidence in litigation.

5. Accessing, Reviewing, and Changing Your Personal Data
Registered Users can review and modify their information at any time by accessing their account on the Site (via the "My Account" tab). Please update your information promptly if it changes or becomes inaccurate.
6. Your Choices
(i) Opting Out of Promotional Messages.
You can opt-out of receiving our promotional communications by accessing the "My Account" section and adjusting your settings, clicking the unsubscribe link in emails, or contacting us at support@wobo.ai.
(ii) Update/Delete or Change Your Account Information.
To modify or delete your account information or uploaded documentation, log into your account or contact Customer Service.
(iii) Site Privacy Settings.
Any information you disclose on the Site may be public and subject to redistribution by us or third parties, depending on your privacy settings. You can adjust these settings via your account or by contacting us as described in Section 7.
(iv) Administrative/Transactional Messages.
You cannot opt-out of receiving administrative or transactional emails (e.g., emails about your transactions or Policy updates) associated with your registered account.
(v) Deletion of Your User Content/Account.
You may request deletion of your account and/or personal information by using available options on the Site or by emailing us at support@wobo.ai. Once deleted, your information will no longer be accessible to you or others; however, we may retain certain data for recordkeeping, legal compliance, or internal purposes as permitted by law.
(vi) Third-Party Ad Network.
We may use third-party ad network advertisers to deliver targeted ads. These providers may use cookies and other tracking technologies to measure ad effectiveness and personalize advertising. We may share information about you with these third parties as part of our Service.
(vii) Other Data Options.
Unless required by law, you may request:
- (i) A copy of the personal identifiable information we have collected about you in the past 12 months; and
- (ii) Details about how we have handled your personal information in the past 12 months. You can submit these requests via your account or by contacting us at support@wobo.ai.
(viii) SMS.
If you opt-in to our SMS alert service, message and data charges may apply. To discontinue, reply “STOP” to the SMS or contact Customer Service. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Consent to telephone contact is not a condition for using our services or purchasing products.
(ix) Timing and Third Parties.
We will attempt to comply with your requests as soon as reasonably possible; however, changes may not be immediate. In certain cases, and subject to applicable law, we may be unable or unwilling to fulfill all or part of your request. We reserve the right to refuse or charge a fee for requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive. We are not responsible for informing third parties of any changes you request.
7. Information You Share on the Site
(a) Public Information.
If you participate in services that allow public posting of your information (e.g., employment history, photos, forum contributions) on our family sites or third-party sites, that information may be publicly available and searchable. We reserve the right to aggregate and share such information with third parties for Service-related purposes. You may review, update, or delete your public information via your account settings. To remove your Profile entirely, you should request account deletion by contacting Customer Service. Please review third-party sites’ privacy policies for their practices.
(b) Job Application Services.
As a Registered User, you may store your work Profile (e.g., resume, cover letter(s), job preferences, work samples) in our database. Your Profile is private by default but may be made public if you choose. This information is used to provide the job application services you request. You acknowledge and agree that we may share your personal data, including sensitive information, with third parties matched to your Profile preferences and available job openings.
You may remove or delete your Profile at any time, which will disable our services for your account; however, if third parties have already downloaded or stored your information, you must contact them directly to request deletion. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties. You agree that employers and the Provider may use the contact details you provided to reach you, and that this consent is not a condition for accessing the Site or our services.
8. Tracking Technologies (Cookies)
When you first access the Site, you may be prompted to set your cookie preferences. These settings will be saved in accordance with applicable privacy laws for 12 months. Otherwise, when you visit the Site, we collect usage information from your device (e.g., video views, site views, keystroke data, mouse movements, scrolling, clicks, typing) (“Usage Information”). Some cookies assist with navigation, while others enable a faster login process.
We use tracking technologies (including cookies, flash cookies, unique device identifiers, web beacons/GIFs, embedded scripts, e-tags, and cross-device tracking) to collect Usage Information for purposes including:
(a) Essential.

12. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not designed for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from users under 18. If you become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with information, please contact us immediately so we can remove it from our systems.
